In Provence, Thomas Teffri-Chambelland, a committed defender of excellence in bread making, has created a world-renowned school in the heart of a remote hamlet.

Every year, some forty trainees from around the world come here to learn the secrets of sourdough bread.

Thanks to him, a new generation of artisan bakers is emerging, in love with exceptional bread.
