Synopsis

When Tsuyoshi Takahashi, a Japanese surfer, decided to move to La Union several years ago, he made it his mission to not only provide boards to local amateurs but also to share his knowledge and skills.

As a result, he has been instrumental in taking some of them to international competitions and raising the flag of the Philippines on the world surfing scene.

Tsuyoshi's life story in La Union shows how one can use his talent and passion to improve the lives of others.
