Synopsis

In 2010, Swiss-Italian Gianni Griffoni made his home on the island of Siargao, in the Philippines.

His mother was an avid cook, and it was only natural that Gianni built his new life around food.

Today, he owns one of the most renowned restaurants in Siargao where he serves Italian dishes from his childhood while passing on his enthusiasm to his family and friends.
