Synopsis

In 1945, Stalin was the undisputed leader of the socialist world. But his well-oiled machine was soon to hit a snag with Yugoslavia and its leader, Josip Broz Tito, who longed for emancipation.

In three years, Tito would free himself from Soviet control and impose his vision of Balkan socialism against Stalin's will.

He would try everything to destroy him without ever succeeding.
