Synopsis

For more than 70 years, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, has spent his life in the shadow of Elizabeth II of England, the world's most famous monarch.

Born in Greece in 1921, he had a tumultuous childhood marked by tragedy, exile, and World War II. In England, at 18, he met the woman who would become the love of his life.

In the theater of the monarchy, Philip stands out with his style, politically incorrect blunders, typically British humor, and outbursts. At almost 100 years of age, he is still present behind the scenes to ensure the continuity of the crown.
