THE GAMES OF THE SAVANNAH

Everything you always wanted to know about the savannah

An episode from the series THE INCREDIBLE AFRICAN WILDLIFE

Synopsis

In the savannah, animals don't spend all their time hunting, feeding, or escaping predators; they also play. Chases, mock fights, acrobatics, and playful banter punctuate their daily lives.

Behind these moments of fun often lie essential lessons. Through play, young animals develop agility, learn to defend themselves, practice hunting, and find their place in the group.
