Per capita, Lebanon hosts more displaced people than any other country in the world: 1.5 million Syrian refugees and 500,000 long-term Palestinian refugees, in a country of four million people already grappling with its own political and economic crises.

In Saadnayel, in the Bekaa Valley, refugees outnumber residents three to one.

This report seeks to understand how the country is holding up, and at what cost to everyone.
