Synopsis

In Mogadishu, Dr. Abdulkadir Adan, a dentist by training, has established the country's first and only free ambulance service, staffed primarily by volunteers.

In a city still plagued by Al-Shabaab attacks, these men risk their lives to reach victims. Sabir, a volunteer driver for five years, was seriously injured in an attack last year. He is back behind the wheel.
