Synopsis

In the heart of historic Castile, two cities have preserved within their very stones all the grandeur of a vanished kingdom.

In Toledo, an imperial city designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Cathedral of Saint Mary is a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture, adapted to the Spanish spirit.

Segovia responds with its own cathedral, nicknamed the "Lady of Cathedrals," Spain's last great Gothic achievement, where the elegance of the ribbed vaults dialogues with the early Baroque style.
