Synopsis

Jonty Warneken lost his leg after a car accident but went on to achieve legendary feats in open water and ice swimming. This year, he’s attempting a swim done by no other man, the North Channel between Ireland and Scotland, both ways.

Nicola Doran has already achieved world records in para swimming, but her most difficult challenge lies ahead as she is only weeks away from having her leg amputated. If there’s one person who can help her, it’s Jonty, because he knows what it’s like to lose something so significant and still rise above it. His support becomes vital as she overcomes the physical and emotional pain to get back in the water.
