Synopsis

The Kims seem to have it all with their regime thriving, their never-ending quest for power and greatness and their dual focus on external aggression and internal consolidation.

On the outside, driven by Kim Jong Un’s desire to position North Korea as a strategic player, the country has shifted towards an increasingly aggressive position on the global stage, marked by alliances, ambitions, and provocations.

On the inside, the Kims have emphasized domestic reforms and societal control, while preparing Kim Jong Un’s daughter as a potential successor.
