The blue of lavender, the green of orchards, the blond of wheat, the blue of rivers—Provence has fascinated painters with its colors, light's beauty, and vivid character.

But these colors also reflect the souls of the men and women who shaped these landscapes. They are keen to perpetuate the know-how of their ancestors and the heritage built up over the centuries.

By taking the angle of the typical colors of Provence, this film proposes to meet these enthusiasts for whom the ochre of Roussillon, the red of Garance, the green of crops, and the gray of the most beautiful monuments are like a lifeline.
