Synopsis

How to find a country house you can afford? Can you do the renovation yourself if you don’t know the first thing about it.? Is it a good idea to rent out your holiday home when you are not using it?

For 120,000 euros, a family bought a holiday home of over 100m2 in the south of Portugal. But when they got there, the real estate agent left them a surprise.

With their friends, their parents, and a lot of hard work, Juliette and her brother Arthur are determined to turn their atypical acquisition, a water mill, into a common country house.
