Synopsis

A large part of the 20,000 km2 of Kruger Park is made up of reserves where hunting is a centuries-old tradition. But today, the rules are being circumvented and the survival of the famous "Big Five" (elephant, rhino, lion, jaguar, and buffalo) is threatened by poachers.

Sophie accompanies the rangers in their work to protect them. With Craig, she learns to detect the footprints that animals leave in their path.

She discovers a species threatened with extinction: the splendid white lion.
