Synopsis

Cappadocia is a Turkish region dotted with unusual geological formations. Volcanic ash and erosion have created a spectacular landscape.

Cappadocia is also home to underground treasures that Sophie explores alongside a historian. Since the Neolithic period, men have dug very elaborate cities, sometimes more than 15 stories high, complete with churches, rolling doors, and even ventilation columns.
