Synopsis

Somewhere in the Great North there is a secret place where icebergs come to life. This is where the icecap frees them, letting them drift as ephemeral giants of the ocean.

Pierre and his two sons, aged 11 and 15, have decided to reach this magical location.

This 400 km journey sees them face menacing icy storms through white bear territory. In doing so, they write one of the most glorious pages of recent Arctic history, showing that human warmth and solidarity can brave the harshest conditions.
