From the sacred mountains of Tibet to the Jasna Góra sanctuary in Poland, thousands of believers travel hundreds of kilometers each year to express their faith.

Through two pilgrimages, one solitary and the other collective, this film explores the spiritual dimension of walking as well as the religious traditions that keep it alive.
