Synopsis

Goa is bordered by more than 20 beaches with enchanting names like Anjuna, Calangute, Candolim, Vagator, Benolim... Ruled by the Portuguese for five centuries, this state offers a unique blend of European architecture and traditions, alongside an Indian lifestyle.

Goa is famous throughout the world thanks to the hippies who adopted it in 1968. Fascinated by India, they crossed Asia by car or hitchhiking. When they finally arrived, they discovered a place with Christian influence, lots of tolerance, and, above all, a tropical paradise lined with 60 kilometers of pristine beaches.

From its hippie days, Goa has kept a strong sense of hospitality and this very special atmosphere of spirituality that still attracts the visitor.
