Synopsis
The Baka of Cameroon are one of the oldest indigenous peoples of the Central African forests. Their nature-based way of life is now under threat, not only from industrial logging but also from conservation policies that exclude them from their own territories.
Eco-guards trained with WWF support have been accused of violence against them. While they wait for their complaints to be addressed, the Baka find themselves confined to the roadsides and cut off from the resources they depend on.
