Synopsis

Following the tragic events in Paris on November 13, 2015, a state of emergency has been declared in France. But what does it really mean?

Strengthening border controls, increasing the number of searches, intensifying intelligence gathering, and deploying police and security forces in the streets and public places. Everything gets decided at the Ministry of the Interior where this film gives us unprecedented access to the men and women at the heart of the action and, like many of us, wonder about the issues of individual liberties and the extent of this security alert.

While critics abound and doubts are expressed about the effectiveness of the measures undertaken, a question arises: how far are we willing to go in the name of safety?
